Ian Woodhouse-Smith FARLA

With over 18 years’ experience in running successful letting agencies in both Wiltshire and Hampshire, Ian has an innate understanding of the needs of both our landlord and tenant clients. He is always looking for ways to enhance the lettings experience by embracing technology and keeping up to speed with changing legislation. Outside of lettings, Ian is married with two young boys and is an FA qualified football coach, specialising in under 7 and under 8 age groups.
