Specialist Roles: Preparing all the paperwork and legal documentation for tenancy starts Claire has been in estate agency for almost ten years.  Initially for a small independent company where she started on Saturday viewings eventually working up to valuations and instruction taking, along with brochure production.  At Helmores she is responsible for the huge amount of rental administration, and preparing tenancy starts making sure all the paperwork and legal documents are in place ready for a smooth move!
