Specialist Roles: Administration, local knowledge, sales and rental details Lin originally started with Helmores in 1985, and after a break of several years returned again in 2005. Lin has seen huge advances in technology over the years in the industry, especially with the emergence of IT - back in the 80’s she was using typewriters and carbon paper! Lin has lived in the area all her life and knows the area like the back of her hand. Her role at Helmores sees her dealing with administration, and helping to put together sales/rental brochures.
