Specialist Roles: Valuing rental property, taking on new landlords and properties, marketing Since leaving full time education, Mike has had a wide range of experience within customer service roles.  He started as an administrator person for Helmores, and is now a Rentals Valuer.   His meets new landlords, values and takes on properties, carries out viewings, deals with the application process and general day to day running of the rental department.  Mike is a very knowledgeable chap, and knows the local area incredibly well having lived in Crediton for most of his life.  If you are a landlord and would like a chat about renting a property drop in and see Mike!
