Graham joined Henshaws in 2002 after a career in media sales having gained an Economics degree from Loughborough University in 1990.
He is married to Karen with two daughters and lives over the M25 in Walton on Thames.
Outside of work skiing is now on the agenda after many years of snowboarding plus fair weather cycling in the Surrey Hills. He is also an active member of Thames Ditton Tennis Club.
