Sandy Bainsal

Sandy joined the Heritage team in 2017 as a Sales Negotiator after relocating to Birmingham from London, where she began her professional journey in Estate Agency. Sandy focuses her time arranging viewings and obtaining feedback for our sellers in the busy sales department. When Sandy is not organising viewings, our diary and buyer documentation, she is out on the road carrying out our sales viewings. Sandy is quite often the first friendly face of Heritage that buyers meet, and her excellent organisational skills also make her instrumental in the smooth running of our busy sales department. Sandy is on hand to assist buyers begin their exciting journey of buying their property through Heritage.
