Rachel has a wealth of experience working with contractors to ensure property maintenance issues are addressed and handled in a timely fashion to aid Tenants and Landlords and maintaining property standards. Rachel is our tenants first point of contact for any repairs and will liaise with our Landlords to get quotes and arrange access for works to be completed.
