You might not think there's much of a connection between event management and estate agency, but they have a lot in common: both require a lot of listening, and both mean playing the role of matchmaker. I used to help companies find unusual venues for their parties and occasions; now I find people for homes, and homes for people.

I've been a Sales Negotiator here since November 2020, and I love the fun and fast-paced atmosphere. Buying and selling a home is such an important life event, and I enjoy helping people through the process - every day is different, and you always learn something new!

It's great working at an independent company where everyone is professional, knowledgeable and supportive. Lisa & Laura (the owners) are not only committed and hard-working; they're the driving force behind the positive, creative and happy culture.

I've lived in Surbiton and Tolworth for over 25 years. I spent lots of time here as a child with my family in the area; my two boys attended Tolworth Infant & Junior School and Southborough High School, and my eldest is now at Esher College.

As well as having the lovely parks, riverside and Kingston on the doorstep, it's a really swift train ride into London. And if you're whizzing off on a bigger trip, the A3 and M25 are just down the road. In short, Surbiton really is the perfect location!
