As the Compliance Officer at Humphrey & Brand, I ensure that every property we manage keeps up with current legislation and that we perform ID checks for the owners of every property we sell. It's unusual for an estate agent to have a dedicated Compliance Officer, but the high volume of sales and lettings makes it a full-time job that frees up the negotiators to agree more offers.

  My favourite thing about estate agency is playing a part in people fulfilling the dreams they've worked so hard to achieve. That could be a first-time buyer, a family moving into their dream home or someone making their last move.

I joined in 2020 and immediately noticed the genuine passion of Laura & Lisa. I've been in and around Surbiton for most of my life, growing up and going to school in Wimbledon then living more locally since 2017. I have friends on Penrhyn road, and in my younger years, you could often find me in the Wagon and Horses, The Flyer or The Vic. Now you're more likely to see me in one of the many local parks with my family or walking my dog.
