I started at Humphrey & Brand in March 2021 and have been an estate agent since 2019.

As a Sales Negotiator, I spend my time contacting buyers about suitable homes, showing them around, negotiating offers and then staying in touch with everyone throughout the sale until completion. I also help to get properties ready to go on the market.

My favourite thing about estate agency is meeting new people every day, building a rapport and helping them find their dream home. There's a great sense of achievement and satisfaction when a sale goes through: not just for me, but for the seller and buyer as well.

Humphrey and Brand is a fantastic place to work. The whole team works very closely together to create a professional and helpful atmosphere, and we're all happy to assist each other and find solutions to any bumps in the road.

I live towards Epsom, and I'm often in Surbiton and Kingston in my free time for drinks, dinner, a bit of culture or spending time by the river. I'm learning more and more about the area every day, and it's not hard to see why it's so popular – with so many great schools, scenic routes and excellent public transport, it's such a great place to call home!
