Management Department: Once a property has been successfully let, the management of the tenancy and the property (maintenance), is passed to our management team. From here on all matters concerning rent collection, maintenance and all general tenant/landlord issues, are dealt with by our management team. Our management team also works closely with our building/electrical/plumbing & gas contractors, who carry out day to day repairs, reported to us by tenants. All of our engineers are fully qualified and registered with the appropriate regulatory body. Accounts: Our accounts department is responsible for allocating incoming rental receipts to the appropriate account and forwarding payments to our landlords.
