Operations Manager, Sandwell/Birmingham office

I joined the company back in August 2011, as an apprentice administrator, and grew from strength to strength within the business to became the Operations Manager in April 2013.

I currently oversee my own administration team, as well as working on growing the back office of the business. My daily routine consists of creating and signing off property details, progressing sales and speaking to various clients and other businesses.
