I have been a Property Manager at Innovate for 5 years and have escalated the head PM. I have witnessed the growth of the lettings business, as well as our own portfolio.

My role is to manage all repairs and accounts. We have a dedicated 24/7 contact line and I usually receive repairs via our user-friendly software and then liaise directly with landlords and our panel of approved contractors.
