Steve Sandhu

After leaving university, I started my career in 2002 as the property market was booming and I didn’t want to miss out. I ventured into Bairstow Eves estate agent as a franchisee, successfully progressing on to opening to a number of cold start branches in and around Sandwell. I also qualified and practiced as a mortgage advisor in early 2004.

Since deciding to go independent away from the restraints for franchising, we soared in the rental market due to the 2007 recession and impressively transformed and rebranded to the now well-known brand we know as Innovate Estate Agents.

Moving in to opportunities for development we opened doors to Innovate group development and construction, of which we successfully have our own investment fund which is managed and operated as Innovate.

Our business ethos is working hard with integrity and persistence to achieve the highest level of service for our clients. My general daily duties involve training staff and overlooking the sales operation of our offices.
