Brian Wapshott is our Managing Director and he has over forty years’ experience selling and developing both modern and listed property. Brian is passionate about houses and is always available to give you that pre-sale advice and how to extend or improve your home to maximise your sale value. Brian also carries out valuations for both sale and lettings and covers all aspects of the business. Brian moved to Devon 20 years ago to take over from George Woodward and is busy restoring yet another period home. Brian loves sailing, walking our glorious countryside, classic cars, music and socialising with friends. Brian is supported by our excellent team.
