Beth Rawcliffe

Beth Rawcliffe joined the Newbury team in 2014 as a Viewings Consultant while studying for a degree in Mathematics at The University of Liverpool. After graduating with a First in 2016, she began her career at Jones Robinson by gaining experience across all departments of the business before finding her passion in sales, initially working as a Sales Negotiator.

Owner Charles Robinson commented: “Beth’s natural interpersonal skills, attention to detail, relentless enthusiasm and commercial acumen led to her meteoric rise through the business. Her journey took her from Negotiator, to Valuer, then Sales Manager of the Newbury branch, before moving into the role of Sales Director.”

In 2026, Beth was promoted to Managing Director; a testament to her dedication, leadership and results-driven approach.

Outside of work, Beth lives in Hungerford and loves nothing more than spending time with her family, particularly her son. She has always been sporty and was a keen dancer growing up, regularly competing nationally. Her passion for performance continued at university, where she was also a member of the cheerleading squad!
