Dawn Pannell

Dawn is one of the most experienced members of our team, having been with us for over 12 years. She is our dedicated sales progressor, a figurehead of communication, who regularly liaises with our buyers, sellers, and their solicitors to ensure the smooth completion of our sales. Her exceptional commitment and leadership were recognised in 2026, when she was promoted to Office Manager. She believes that customer service is paramount and prides herself on building great relationships with all her customers, regularly going over and above to make what can often be a stressful process easier for them.

In her spare time, Dawn continues to use her organisational skills to manage her three teenage children, along with finding time to enjoy her love of football and gardening.
