Rachael Williams

Rachael moved to West Berkshire from the United States in her teens and after completing her secondary education here, finished her studies in Journalism and Communications in London. After a stint living and working in London and Oxford, she then returned to Newbury and joined Jones Robinson as a Lettings Consultant in 2016.

Always keen to promote a location and not just a prospective home, Rachael prides herself on being honest about what tenants can expect from a property and the surrounding area. She explained, "I see getting to know our tenants as a fundamental part of my role, it's much easier to find them a suitable property once I know a little bit more about them and what they are looking for."

Being a natural people person, Rachael is used to helping tenants move through their viewing appointments through the day as smoothly as possible. Returning clients will often ask for Rachael to assist them in their property search. On one occasion, after a day of winter viewings, she helped a customer shovel snow from under their car to help get them to the airport on time! She has even remained firm friends with more than one of her former clients.
