Sophie Cussell joined our Newbury team as a Trainee Sales Consultant in 2026, bringing with her a strong customer-focused background and a creative approach to her work. Before joining the property industry, Sophie spent four years in technical sales in customer-facing roles, alongside freelance graphic design work for authors and gaming events. Outside of work, she enjoys drawing, graphic design, and gaming with friends.
