Joe -

Joe is originally from Cheshire and graduated from the University of Central Lancashire in July 2018 with a First Class Honours degree in Musical Theatre. Following university, he combined his passion for performance and travel by working across various cruise ships around the world, giving him the opportunity to experience a wide range of cultures, destinations, and people along the way. Having relocated to Manchester in 2020, Joe quickly developed a strong connection to the city centre and everything it represents. Living in Ancoats has allowed him to witness first-hand the incredible growth and transformation of Manchester over recent years, this is something he is hugely passionate about. He loves the city’s energy, culture, architecture, and sense of community, and takes great pride in calling Manchester home. Joe’s background in performance has helped shape his confidence, communication skills, and ability to build genuine relationships with people from all walks of life. His enthusiasm, approachable nature, and passion for the city make him a natural fit for working within Manchester’s vibrant property market. Outside of work, Joe has a huge passion for theatre and music and enjoys keeping up with the latest productions and live performances. He also loves travelling whenever possible and discovering new places, whether that’s abroad or closer to home exploring Manchester’s ever-growing food, coffee, and venues with friends.
