Coming from a Lettings background I have extensive experience working within Lettings and Property Management Departments. As an experienced property manager I manage day to day maintenance of Kerr and Co's managed properties & block buildings on behalf of the landlords & leaseholders. This includes carrying out regular inspections to make sure the properties, communal areas are maintained to a good standard, organising and supervising works when and where needed, making sure that all blocks conform to UK health and safety standards.
Living and working in the area for over 15 years I have detailed knowledge of West London and am well placed as Property & Block Manager to Kerr and Co's hundreds of managed properties. With my lettings background I am very familiar with the area and its history, which is essential when dealing with various tenant and landlord queries .
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and I like to keep fit by practicing Yoga and meditation
