I started in the company as an enthusiastic sales negotiator 20 years ago.  In that time I have seen many changes within Kerr and Co, the development of the brand, their offices and expansion from being a small agency to one of the most established and largest Independent Agent’s in Shepherds Bush and Hammersmith.  The reason behind the success is fundamentally the staff I started with all those years ago, are still here and I’m pleased to have had a hand in getting Kerr and Co where they are today.

Now as the Sales Manager, I predominantly work on finding buyer’s their dream home, advising them on the sales process and supporting all our clients as they move on to their next chapter. My years of experience processing sales has enabled me to help all our clients whatever situation they are in- at times these can be through choppy waters, but as an experienced agent this doesn't phase me.  I work closely with my clients as an integral member of the local community.  The best part of my job is giving advice to clients on how to improve their property, from home presentation and layout, to an extension to their current home or to trade up to a larger property. I take pride ensuring issues are resolved and all our clients receive the maximum result and customer satisfaction.

I am an associate member of RICS which has helped within our New Home’s department advising investors/developers on planning permission and design of current and future projects through to helping get together bespoke advertising for different schemes.

I am keen tennis player, still playing competitions within London and helped Kerr and Co through to the semi-finals of the Corporate tennis league. I have two young children and spend weekends with them mostly ferrying them from place to place.
