My role as Kerr and Co's financial book keeper is to help take the work, out of the paperwork for landlords.

My experience is extensive helping businesses understand their figures. I am a key member of the Property Management Department and can assist and advise where landlords can focus those pound's and increase profits. Being a landlord today has become more complicated especially if you are overseas or you are managing more than one property . My role is to keep accurate records and work closely with Landlords and our Property Management Department. Together we keep clients informed enabling landlords to keep up to date with there rentals paperwork .
