I am an experienced property manager as I have worked for both the social sector and for private landlords . My key role within the company is the day to day maintenance of our managed properties on behalf of our landlords. This includes carrying out periodic inspections to make sure the properties are maintained to a good standard, organising and supervising works when needed and to make sure the tenants are comfortable at the property during their tenancy. I am fluent in Spanish and I have been able to use my skills to help tenants with contracts and understanding their obligations.
My kids are grown up now so I dedicate my spare time to go swimming, go out with friends for shopping, drinking, dancing salsa!!
