Elaine Harding

I joined Laceys originally in 2003, leaving briefly in 2023 and returning again in 2024 because I missed the team, clients and the fast pace of the lettings department.

My principal role is managing the tenant applications and ensuring a smooth transaction from the viewing to the move in day.  I also enjoy carrying out valuations and viewings, as I love to meet people. 

With a husband and two teenagers I have little spare time but when I do, I love to socialise with friends and see a show.  One of my many nick names in the office is ‘Judith Chalmers’ as I have a passion for travel and adventure.
