Joel Cremen

I have been an Estate Agent since 2005 working in both Somerset and Dorset. Specialising in town and country residential sales I have had the responsibility of valuing and selling apartments to farms and everything in between. I have a passion for marketing quirky and interesting homes and love the fact that in our line of work no two days are ever the same. I really do enjoy helping customers fulfil their dreams and believe that the relationship built between us as Estate Agents and our clients is paramount to helping the buying and selling process run as smoothly as possible. Prior to joining Laceys in 2022 I had worked for an independent Estate Agency in Dorset where I had been since 2011. With my two children both rapidly growing up I felt that it was time to re-establish my roots in the town in which I grew up and work closer to home where I live in Misterton. Outside of work I enjoy relaxing and spending time with my family and friends. I have two daughters so life is never dull and we can often be found exploring National Trust Gardens.
