James Larke

James joined the family business in January 2016 bringing significant and wide-ranging experience to his role at Larkes Estate Agents. Having previously worked in financial services for nine years dealing with the acquisition of finance for both investment and residential home owners. As a vital member of our Property management team, he is responsible for providing valuations and guidance on the market, whilst also helping applicants through the process of applying for properties. Outside of the office James can often be found on two wheels, either cycling for fitness or, when he feels less energetic, riding his motorcycle . James also enjoys swimming most mornings and relaxing watching the American football on a Sunday.
