Molly began her career at Lumley Estates nearly 6 years ago, starting as a Junior Estate Agent after successfully completing her apprenticeship in estate agency. From the outset, she gained hands-on experience in the UK property market, quickly developing a strong understanding of residential sales and lettings.

Through consistent hard work and dedication, Molly has progressed through the business and is now a Senior Lettings Negotiator within the Lumleys lettings team. She plays a key role in the day-to-day running of the department, working closely alongside Ben to deliver a seamless, high-quality service to both landlords and tenants.

Molly is highly regarded for her professionalism, strong communication skills, and excellent attention to detail. Her progression within the company reflects her commitment to providing outstanding customer service and her growing expertise in the Hertfordshire lettings market.
