What made you want to work for Moginie James?

They were a new company and we had just had them out to value our house and I liked their individual and personal approach. I had just been made redundant from a job as a direct result of the September 11th disaster, so I asked for a trainee job !

What is your biggest professional achievement to date?

I am the longest-serving member of staff within Moginie James (with the exception of our Director, Nick James) so that is something to be proud of given so many people within our team have been here for a long time! To have been able to help so many people buy and sell over the years (inevitably, some of them friends!) is also a great personal achievement.

What is your favourite part of the job?

Helping people move to their dream homes.

In the battle of the three P's (Pontcanna, Penylan and Penarth), which wins out, and why?

Penylan! I have spent the last 20 years of my life living in the community in various homes throughout and have many friends and family that also live here.
