Why did you choose a career in property?

I was always interested in architecture and buildings and given it was the late 80's when I entered the industry, the idea of wearing a sharp suit to work was incredibly appealing

What made you want to work for Moginie James?

 I admired the brand that the company had grown, I knew that the fundamentals of a small independent, forward-thinking company were a successful combination and a company I could work for.

What is your biggest professional achievement to date?

Being responsible for having grown market share for my base, the Pontcanna Office.

What is the single best piece of insider’s information about Cardiff that only a local would know?

Cardiff is a wonderful capital, young and vibrant with mountains to the north and sea to the south.

The tidal range of the bay (River Severn) is the second biggest in the world.
