Why did you choose a career in property?

My degree in human geography had a strong focus on human behaviour including interactions between people and places. I wrote my dissertation on rural gentrification as I found it an interesting topic and from the research, I carried out property and property prices became a real interest to me. I love meeting new people so becoming a negotiator seemed like the ideal route for me.

What made you want to work for Moginie James?

The great reputation for professionalism precedes the company and it was the step up in my career I was looking for as the company was much larger with scope for progression.

What is your favourite thing to do in Cardiff?

Going to work. In a close second is going out with friends.

In the battle of the three P's (Pontcanna, Penylan and Penarth), which wins out, and why?

Pontcanna - really up and coming area where property prices will keep increasing. Young people love a trendy place.
