Arun joined Molica Franklin in 2015 and has spent most of his working life locally, giving him an excellent knowledge of Littlehampton and the surrounding areas. As Lettings Manager, Arun oversees the day-to-day running of the Lettings Department, working closely with the wider team to provide Landlords and Tenants with a professional, responsive and efficient service. He also ensures managed properties remain compliant with the latest legislation and regulatory requirements, giving clients peace of mind. With many years of lettings experience, Arun takes a practical and approachable approach to property management, working closely with clients and tenants to find solutions to the day-to-day challenges of managing property.
