Andrew Morgan

Andrew Morgan & Dylan Davies founded Morgan and Davies in 1989. They have been business partners for 34 years. Andrew is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. His expertise in professional property matters, particularly in the field of valuations and disposals has led to him being well known throughout the Principality. Andrew is based at our Lampeter office – a very busy and strategic location for our business coverage, which has a highly successful sales and established professional department representing clients across residential, commercial and agricultural sectors. In his personal life, he lives in the Teifi Valley, is married to Helen and runs a smallholding, having 3 sons, all of whom are also Chartered Surveyors.
