Dylan Davies

Dylan is a founding partner of the firm established in 1989 with Andrew Morgan. Dylan benefits from nearly 50 years’ experience in the industry and is a leading property figure in the region being a fully-fledged NAEA and NAVA member. Dylan specialises in all property sectors as well as agricultural work including tenancies and grazing agreements, utility claims and farm sales. An experienced auctioneer, Dylan regularly gets involved in community events and charity auctions. In his spare time Dylan enjoys spending time with his family and supporting local sporting and community events. Dylan is a fluent welsh speaker.
