Compliance & Training Specialist, Cardiff office

Jayne plays a key role in ensuring compliance across sales and lettings, meticulously checking compatibility and ensuring everything meets the required standards. She also works closely with customers, gathering feedback and insightful reviews to enhance operations continuously. A key part of her role is preparing detailed reports for the CEO, and ensuring applicant reports within the sales and letting teams are accurate. She also works alongside the team to enhance training programs, ensuring staff receive ongoing development and support. In addition, Jayne leads system operations training, helping the team understand and navigate internal processes efficiently. A crucial part of Jayne’s role is onboarding new team members, developing comprehensive manuals, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Before this, Jayne spent over 20 years working in the electronics industry, where she was responsible for overseeing manufacturing and product management. Her experience in ensuring high-quality production and compliance has given her a strong foundation for her current role.

Outside of work, Jayne enjoys growing organic vegetables and fruit with her husband at their allotment, where she also grows flowers to decorate their home. A dedicated dog lover, she takes daily walks with her poodle, Mabel, and bakes delicious dog cakes for anyone furry friend who wants one!
