Karen is the Managing Director of the Newton Fallowell franchised branches at Ashby-de-la-Zouch and Melbourne sales, and Coalville, Ashby & Melbourne Lettings. Her knowledge and expertise is second to none, and her honest and down to earth approach wins her a great deal of new business in these areas. Karen has long since realised that a realistic and professional valuation at the start is the best way forward in securing a successful sale in the shortest time possible.
