Richard Chesterton

Richard has worked within the property industry for nearly 20 years and having graduated with a Building Surveying degree from De Montfort University has a passion for all things property.  Having lived and worked in Leicester for the majority of his career Richard understands the local areas and client requirement demands extremely well and offers an experienced view and a common sense approach to the sale and purchase of one of the most important and expensive purchases any client will make.  He has worked his way up from junior level to senior sales valuer working for some of the most respected estate agents within Leicestershire and building long term relationships with clients over many years.  Richard prides himself on being personable and understanding to his client’s needs taking time to build an in depth knowledge to source suitable buyers or fulfill property requirements, this takes trust and belief in his abilities, something many clients have praised him for over many years.

Outside of work Richard is keen to follow all sports and assist in the development of his children’s education while at all times being on call for his wife of 10 years and counting!
