Diana is Lettings Manager at our vibrant Walthamstow office. Her role is to oversee a team of skilled lettings professionals and work closely with Landlords with various size portfolios. After gaining significant experience in the Hospitality and Customer Service sectors Diana joined Outlook where she has helped many Landlords and Tenants make their moving experience as easy as possible. Diana has worked in the East London area for more than 4 years and during this time qualified and became a member of The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA). This combined with her great local knowledge helps Diana build lasting relationships with all of her clients. Diana is passionate for her work and feels excited working within an ever changing area of London. Diana is dedicated to providing the best customer service available and her staff are like minded people. Diana prides herself on providing quality honest advice and supporting her staff through their career development. Outside of work Diana enjoys running and travelling.
