Terri Lawlor

Terri joined Phipps and Pritchard in February 2025, but her journey in the industry began as a sales negotiator in 2023. Since then, she has gained extensive knowledge and experience. One of her favourite aspects of her role is liaising with both buyers and vendors, fostering strong rapport and assisting both parties with any questions or concerns they may have.

In her spare time, Terri enjoys spending time with her three children and exploring the great outdoors with her fiancé, Nick. They especially love visiting the Wyre Forest.
