Alex is the Managing Director of the company, having taken over the reins from his father, Phil, in 2024. With a degree in Business and Law from Cardiff Metropolitan University and full ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) qualification, Alex brings both professional expertise and a strong compliance-driven approach to the business.

His leadership combines a modern, strategic outlook with the family values that have shaped the company’s trusted reputation over the years. Alex is committed to delivering exceptional service, supporting his team, and continuously driving growth and innovation in the property sector.

Outside of work, Alex is a keen traveller with a love for exploring European cities. He’s an avid tennis and golf player, enjoys running, and maintains an active lifestyle through regular gym sessions. He also has a passion for cooking, where he enjoys experimenting with new flavours and recipes.
