About Us...

The Proffitt & Holt Watford estate agency office is now located at the top of The Parade on the High Street and is one of the town’s longest established firms serving the Watford area since 1939. The office offers residential sales, lettings and property management and is also the base for our associated financial services company, The Mortgage Advice Bureau.

The sales and lettings departments deal with property throughout Watford and the surrounding areas, including Cassiobury and Nascot Wood, Croxley Green, Garston, North and West Watford and Oxhey. There is a diverse choice of property in the area, such as purpose-built flats, modern developments of starter and family homes, Victorian cottages and larger family homes dating back to the 1930s.
