Helen Challis

Started her career with the National Federation of Roofing Contractors, before moving into property agency with London firm GL Hearn. She left to join start-up firm Burleigh Estates in 1996 before joining the property team of international wealth manager Stenham Plc in 1999. During that time, she was responsible for the active management of syndicated residential and commercial investments in and around London. Helen left to start a family in 2002, and the family moved to Poole in 2003. In 2006, Helen identified a gap in the local market for a high-quality holiday letting agency and started Quay Holidays in 2006. Quay Living, for sales and residential lettings in Poole, was established in 2010 and the two businesses have since grown to become a major force in the local property market. For over 10 years, Helen was an active director of Poole’s Business Improvement District, a former marketing team member of Poole Tourism, and a member of Poole Old Town Community Group
