Harry Evans MARLA

Harry has worked in residential lettings across South West London for over a decade, helping private landlords, developers and investors make the most of their properties. Whether it's a one-bedroom flat, a six-bedroom house, or a 20-unit development, he specialises in maximising returns while keeping his clients on the right side of ever-changing legislation. His approach is straightforward, practical and results-driven. In November 2025, Harry successfully completed an online course on Real Estate Economics and Finance with the London School of Economics (LSE), achieving a final grade of 95%. Outside of work, Harry serves in the Royal Marines Reserve and enjoys spending time in the mountains - climbing, skiing, and making the most of the outdoors.
