Daniel heads up the Residential team in Chagford and has over 25 years’ experience in property sales, having worked locally in Devon and in the premium Cotswolds and North Wolds market in Oxfordshire. With vast experience in the sale of Rural, village and Waterside property, Daniel’s knowledge enables him to advise clients on how best to achieve the best possible price when selling all manner of property. Born and brought up in Sidmouth, Daniel is a keen follower of the Exeter Chiefs, and has advised several ex and current players on the sale of their own homes. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time with his two boys and exploring the countryside.
