Ben joined the firm in 2021 as a Consultant in the Commercial team. His work involves acting for building owners and occupiers, providing advice on agency, asset management, valuation and professional services across the retail, office and industrial sectors. He acts for a range of clients handling instructions across the southern counties and in Greater London. Ben is a qualified Chartered Surveyor(MRICS) with a background in Investment advisory and Asset management of private capital and direct investments the UK. Advising high net worth individuals, Charities, family offices and private wealth on acquisitions and continuing asset management of commercial real estate investments in London and the wider UK markets. A strong real estate professional advising and representing mostly private capital with 20 plus years in commercial real estate. He is married with 3 children and lives in Kent. Ben is based out of our East Grinstead office.
