Sam became a qualified member of Propertymark in 2011 and celebrated her 15th year with us in 2021. In 2022, Sam moved from RH & RW Clutton’s Head Office on East Grinstead’s historic High Street to open our dedicated Estate Agency Office in East Grinstead town centre. Sam became Associate Director, Head of Lettings in March 2025.
Sam specialises in the sale, letting and management of a diverse range of residential property to support new and existing clients.
Sam grew up on a stock farm in West Sussex and has remained very passionate about the countryside and country property. When not at work, Sam enjoys DIY projects, gardening, keeping poultry and walking.
