Victoria Back

Victoria joined RH & RW Clutton in 2014 as the Managing Director. Victoria trained as a solicitor working initially with Linklaters in London until 2006 when she joined Cripps solicitors in Tunbridge Wells specialising in planning and development law working predominantly for South East housing developers. After a brief career break Victoria joined RH & RW Clutton to take on the role of Managing Director concentrating on HR, marketing, office management and client care.  Victoria is married to George and together they have two daughters. Victoria enjoys running and walking especially on Ashdown Forest and playing tennis.  Victoria is based in our East Grinstead office.
