Starting estate agency in the early 90's, just as the property market crashed, meant learning the ropes the hard way. Jason rose quickly through the ranks of a corporate estate agent in the local area. He moved into independent estate agency in 1996 helping to build a local firm into a leading estate agent in the Bournemouth and Poole area.
