Emma Spooner

I joined Innovate Estate Agents in April 2013 as a junior property manager. My role began with me being the point of contact for tenants to report repairs, organise, administer and conduct property inspections as well as liaising with my line manager and landlords to seek authorisation to proceed with repairs.  

 

I set a goal that by the time I reached 4 years at Innovate I would develop a more senior role, I had high hopes to become a senior property manager and believed that with the experience I was gaining and the rapid growth of the company this opportunity was not too far away. 

 

Two years later I have exceeded my own expectations by becoming a senior property and project manager, who is now leading full property refurbishments using the knowledge and skills I have developed over the last two years. I would like to continue developing my knowledge and continue to work my way up the ladder.
