About Us...

Our Tiverton office is our Head Office and the first Seddons branch, originally opened in 1995 by Nick Seddon. Prominently positioned on Fore Street in the heart of this bustling market town, opposite the Town Hall, it is a busy office with up to 15 staff working under one roof. The office is home to our Residential Sales and Lettings teams, as well as our Commercial Department, covering all areas of Mid Devon.

The office is led by Partner, Dan Barclay, who has over 25 years’ experience in the property industry. Dan heads a friendly and highly experienced team offering a warm welcome, exceptional customer care and invaluable local knowledge.
